Former TRAI chairman Rahul Khullar says that it’s difficult not to agree with Vodafone CEO’s comments that there is regulatory bias in India.

Cong supported Ayodhya and Art 370 abrogation too, in a muted way. I suppose political necessities, because they continue to relentlessly fight for regularising both issues.

I am hopeful that they can turn this partnership into a stepping stone to re-entry the mainstream. But Yes, EVMs have to disappear immediately!!
