@stavvers I have a few that came with my rented flat. I swapped them for leds immediately, but should the right buyer show up, I’m willing to let them go for £70000.
@Daojoan I miss granny’s traditional asbestos cake with uranium icing
@shauny not interested, my impact is relatively low since I don’t own a car and don’t eat that much meat and dairy to begin with. More importantly though, I don’t believe in individualistic solutions to global problems perpetuated by corporations who render every bit of individual sacrifice we make meaningless.
@ChrisMayLA6 being a fucked up rapey creep seems to be the number one prerequisite for becoming a Tory politician. How could the other rapey creeps ever trust you otherwise

@maxleibman whatever entry level means, I just assume it requires more years of experience and degrees than it did last time I checked.
@JeffMorgan @andymcmillan I think a lot of the UK backlash against speed limits, low traffic neighbourhoods etc is whipped up by conservative politicians struggling to find a wedge issue. For one, I wish they would actually enforce the speed limit on my road. Just this year, a cyclist was killed here and two children were hit by a driver in front of a school. I see multiple insane reckless drivers every single day and nothing is done about their behaviour.
@Miriamm *Space Karen’s enemies were all 75+ and he was 10.
@britishtechguru @kim_harding Low density areas having cars is less of a problem, although they should also have viable alternatives such as trains and buses. Drastically reducing car usage is mostly a goal for cities and larger towns where most people live in general and where trips are typically very short while having an outsized detrimental effect on people’s health and quality of life.
@randahl Violence will not eliminate Hamas. If it could, Hamas would not have been around on oct 7.
