While it's nice to live somewhere with adequate bike infrastructure - I had bike lanes for almost the entire route except for parts of downtown Hillsboro - I use adequate as a pejorative.

@dave If I ride on the lowest pedal assist the whole time, I can theoretically get 70 miles.

The good thing about tolerating a CPAP is I'm getting 7-8 solid hours of sleep again and waking up well rested.
