For the sauce the recipe is as follows,
- Take a whole bunch of basil leaves, 1 large tomato, and some nuts and blend them together
- In a saucepan, sauté olive oil along with Italian spices (oregano, thyme etc.), some chili flakes, and black pepper and once it leaves an aroma, add the blend and cook for around 15 min in medium heat.
Customize the flavor it by adding other spices like Indian or Mexican powders. Add a pinch of sugar to enhance tomato's sweetness.

Here's the dough #recipe for fol ks interested (I do it fluidly so this is an approximate). Will post a video for next time.
Btw, I don't like using yeast because I feel bad using organisms just for getting a rise out of the dough and killing them off.
- Mix gluten based flour or non gluten based with some starch and a couple of teaspoons of baking powder and soda with pinch of salt
- mix with a little water at a time until the dough is soft and stretchy.
