Okay, #TTRPG people... I have a colleague whose job makes him have to act like a big-time extrovert 5 days a week. The other two days of the week are very taken up with family obligations and just crashing in sleep... He's recently figured out that that first part is draining all the energy he used to have for creative stuff like writing #ttrpgs . WITHOUT SAYING "quit the job/work less hours," which are NOT options, what might your advice be for this guy? (It's not me, seriously.)
