Hello from Mastodon 👋 Setting up an instance on masto.host sure was easy. I'll trial things for a while and if it's working out I'll migrate over from my self-hosted Pleroma instance.
I'm looking for stories about how teaching/sharing with the Rust community (or any community) has enhanced someone's technical excellence and career. Does anyone have stories along those lines?
Ivory is on the app store 🎉 Sadly it doesn't seem to work with my Pleroma instance, same with @icecubesapp. Not at all unexpected—makes sense to focus on the most common instance type. I'm wondering whether it might be time to just run Mastodon, perhaps even delegating that to https://masto.host/ 🤔
