I did my #introduction #introductions post back in April but I think it's time for another one since so many people are here now.
I'm Zachary, an Android/Kotlin developer and an ex-tech-writer. It's possible you've seen my SystemUI Tuner app or Nacho Notch, but you can check out all of my apps on my website (linked in my About).
A lot of my feed is sharing context behind weird crashes/bugs in popular apps and Android itself, along with general snark about phones and other tech.
Fedifinder is also useful for this, since it scans bios and pinned tweets for likely handles and presents them to you without those users having to authorize with Twitter and Mastodon.
I wrote a nano tool that tries to extract the #Fediverse accounts of your #Twitter followings: https://fedifinder.glitch.me/
It searches for the patterns @[email protected], [email protected] and host.tld/@user in the screen name, description, location and URL field. It displays them to you in the correct format for easy copying as well as a CSV download that can be imported to #Mastodon.
New version: https://fedifinder-backup.glitch.me/
This is an interesting service. It scans people you're following on Twitter who have also linked their Twitter and exports their Mastodon accounts for you.
