MxM111Not just that. The amount of minefields that Russia put is astonishingly large and one of the main reasons of why offensive is slow. The main objection of cluster munition is that some of it does not explode and becomes essentially a mine. But it is just a small addition to the existing mine fields, so...
Franklin's BeardIn this context I think it’s fine. Russia has already been using cluster munitions on Ukrainians and I doubt the AFU will be as careless and cold in their use as the Ruzzians. Unexploded ordinance is a genuine concern, but the lands being fought for are already so heavily mined its almost a moot point. Just my 2¢
