Sometimes, the amount of work you have to put in to make something that turns out to be crap is really depressing. A short video on "The Quantum Phone" which took way too long and looks dreadful. Nerds may like the content though.

@molly0xfff ...continuted...I vowed never to donate any time, money, or anything else to the foundation. Amazingly Jimmy Wales responded to a complaint email but did nothing to address the issue. I used to patrol RC and regularly correct errors and vandalism. But after dealing with arbcom, I'm of the opinion that they have no idea how many people are actually responsible for the information in wikipedia. Instead they seem to think it's all created by them.
@molly0xfff There is an ever-expanding group of users who have abandoned Wikipedia after running into the cabal of authoritarian editors who, once they've got positions of power, wield it like Stalin with a spray paint gun. Nine times out of ten they are (what used to be called) deletionists, which as far as I can tell is a form of mental illness that turns you into a saboteur.
I got a lifetime ban, after it was "proved" I didn't exist and was a sock puppet of someone else. At that point....cnt
A while ago I thought I'd teach myself how to get life out of a 6502, and learn KiCad at the same time. It worked fine on the breadboard, and when the beautiful little PCBs eventually arrived, I couldn't wait to solder it up. It didn't work. I was so downhearted about this I put it aside for months without even wanting to look at it.
Last weekend I picked it up and looked deeper into the schematic; a single track was going to the wrong pin. Patching it with a little wire fixed it. Never give up.
