Getränkehersteller zahlt höheren dreistelligen Betrag an Studentin
Wenn ein #Arbeitsverhältnis endet, bestehen oftmals Unsicherheiten über bestehende Restansprüche, wie auch im Fall einer Studentin, die bei einem kleinen münchner Getränkehersteller beschäftigt war.
Die gewerkschaftliche Beratung der #FAU #München hat der Kollegin dabei geholfen, ihre Ansprüche bezüglich der Abgeltung verbleibender Urlaubstage auszurechnen, so dass diese eine entsprechende Forderung an ihre Vorgesetzen richten konnte.
Der ehemalige Arbeitgeber zahlte zunächst nur den Anspruch aus dem letzten Jahr. Nach nochmaliger Aufforderung hat unsere Kollegin nun auch den Rest des ihr zustehenden Geldes erhalten. Der #Arbeitskonflikt ist damit erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
