@chancerydaily pay up or we let just the hackers have whatever! I think it goes back to some cost-cutting idea the melon had, something about how people running telcos in other countries set up fake accounts that cause twitter to send a bunch of SMS at a cost paid to that telco.

@tffp If by desktop you mean a Windows box yes I think it should look to the operating system as if there's a monitor attached, so it should accept casting to it as normal. I have not used one of these myself. Good luck.
