This was a really fun time, it was still near the start of my UI design career and I loved everything I was learning and helping to push the boundaries on at @1password.

So thankful @dave and @roustem gave me the chance to learn and grow along with them, it’s been a hell of a 16 years and still going strong ❤️

I think Figma is best in class here, but to avert the "web apps aren't real apps" retort, I'll use Sketch as an example, although most of these are found in many apps and are very similar between them.

I can add my own shortcuts for these in System Settings, but:

1. That's a hacky solution
2. Those require a modifier key, so they would be more complicated than this.

I tried Freeform for the first time today and I was shook to learn there aren't keyboard shortcuts for creating anything. After years of using apps like this, the idea of working quickly without shortcuts just seems painful.

@birchtree I feel like this applies to so many apps, macOS has left innovation to the 3rd party apps market. I don’t know if it’s laziness or just cost control

@dimillian Love to see it! Icecubes I’d definitely my favorite mastodon client so far. The only thing is like to see is an option to respect system light/dark.
