This was a really fun time, it was still near the start of my UI design career and I loved everything I was learning and helping to push the boundaries on at @1password.

So thankful @dave and @roustem gave me the chance to learn and grow along with them, it’s been a hell of a 16 years and still going strong ❤️

@danvpeterson @1password @dave @roustem look at all those cute little shelves! Getting dusty now I’m sure.
@danvpeterson @1password @dave @roustem What a beautiful design. Would love a comeback, with an similar design.
@danvpeterson I loved this era of Mac app design, stuff like this and Delicious Library were both extremely usable and beautiful to look at. Nowadays everything is all about empty white space and just feels devoid of personality.
@danvpeterson I miss these so much! Nowadays everything looks the same boring flat lines.
@danvpeterson @1password @dave @roustem So great. I know it’ll probably make @wjs’s ears burn, but what I loved the “Delicious” era of software on OS X and iOS wasn’t the textures, but the fun, the vitality of experimentation, and the subtle little joys that seem to be missing these days from Apple’s software. Just because they’re not doing it, doesn’t mean other devs need to shy away. Make icons realistic, bring back more color and depth…make shit that’s fun (many of you are and I thank you!)
@danvpeterson @1password @dave @roustem And now you have a f-ing Electron app that still doesn’t feel like a native app.
