Has anyone else run into this issue when trying to download their #Mastodon data export? I'm getting an error about it being too large?

It's 328MB, which isn't tiny, but I would think should still be downloadable.

Thanks to the fine folks at @mastohost for giving me the best explanation of federation I’ve ever seen, clearing up the one big concern I had about moving over to my own server.

I expect to make the switch tomorrow, and of course no one else needs to do anything ✌️

Good lord, the first developer beta for Android 14 dropped today and I didn’t even notice. Too much going on!

That Nintendo Direct was awesome!

Metroid Prime remastered is downloading now.

I will play basically all of the GBA games (also downloading now).

Advance Wars is finally coming out in April.

Tears of the Kingdom held its release date and looks sick.

And a bunch more smaller things.

I've started playing with the custom CSS of this private Mastodon server. Odds of me moving have increased significantly 😬

I asked Midjourney to turn this Gran Turismo screenshot into a Studio Ghibli movie and it kinda nailed it.

Ethical quandaries aside (which I know are pretty sketchy to many), this tech is wild to play with. I don't think I've been blown away by tech like this since the original iPhone.

brb just gonna update the bio on my blog 😂

I'm unexpectedly on The Verge…well one of my posts here is linked, at least.

Where are the good Android apps for Mastodon?

Quite a few Mastodon newbies are now looking for apps with which to refine the experience — not unexpectedly, iOS is coming up with better apps than Android.

Shout out to all apps that show the font list with each item using its own font.
