In the Framework case, "you can't call people Nazis" is a terrible moderation policy that serves to tell Nazis that they're completely at home in that community. They are completely shielded from any critique that accurately describes their views, actions, and political allegiance.
That fits perfectly with the fascist methodology of destroying truth. No matter your intentions, that policy might as well be a "Nazis Welcome" sign on the front door.
Re: Framework, but also extrapolating more generally? If your moderation policy, your community stewardship approach, your whole way of interacting with people isn't robust to literal Nazis trying to fuck with your shit, then it just does not work in 2025.
I don't care if you call it a CoC, the paradox of tolerance, or what, but you *need* a strategy for how to tell Nazis to fuck off.
