I run two systems here now one offgrid and one grid tied and fried a lot of parts over the past three years experimenting. Big Victron fanboy here as it appears to be the only stuff that actually lasts honestly and you can build your own monitoring not connected to anything you can't trust very easily! It is fascinating how I have completely given up on the Mac App Store. I now go out of my way to find software that is not distributed through it. I just randomly saw an app update available and it was Garage Band, the first reminder in many weeks that the Mac App Store is a thing at all

Here is my take on "eat your vegetables" but for my job:
Absolutely make sure that all of your database tables have a created_at column that has data populated. Future you will thank you in a couple of years, you just don't know it yet

These come in two pieces to fit on the printer build plate. Two for Imperial and two for metric. The two pieces are assembled by a built in dovetail joint.

1Password 8 for Mac feels more of a punishment to use than accessing secrets through the 1Password web interface.

For example by default 1Password 8 sorts items by changed date in desc order. You people need to seek medical help
