We’re building a house now so looking at larger scale options and it’s been even more fun but some of the options are so disappointing once you dig deeper into them. Love Will but wish he did a deeper dive on how much do these platforms depend entirely on proprietary cloud bs to function, which maybe he's getting an appetite for based on his most recent video

I run two systems here now one offgrid and one grid tied and fried a lot of parts over the past three years experimenting. Big Victron fanboy here as it appears to be the only stuff that actually lasts honestly and you can build your own monitoring not connected to anything you can't trust very easily!
