It is fascinating how I have completely given up on the Mac App Store. I now go out of my way to find software that is not distributed through it. I just randomly saw an app update available and it was Garage Band, the first reminder in many weeks that the Mac App Store is a thing at all

1Password 8 for Mac feels more of a punishment to use than accessing secrets through the 1Password web interface.
For example by default 1Password 8 sorts items by changed date in desc order. You people need to seek medical help
The 1Password 8 for macOS download isn't a download its a wrapper around an installer which then downloads the app and permanently breaks any 1Password 7 installation.
I think this is the single most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced on my Mac and I think I am done for good with 1Password
