It may be a very difficult, and dangerous, shift for a lot of people as we've had well over several lifetimes of mostly safe and clean food, or at least a reporting apparatus that lets us know when something goes wrong.
A lot of old knowledge of how to deal with and avoid tainted food are pretty much gone, or sequestered within books that are no longer in print.
I wonder how much we will have to relearn.
Sometimes people here post some really heavy stuff, me included, and it may seem like they’re not being seen, or even actively ignored.
The fact is: So many people are operating so close to mental and physical redline nowadays - and sometimes it really hard to engage with posts here. That’s not to blame the poster. Plus sometimes it feels super inappropriate to favorite something even if it would likely be seen as a sign of support.

There is SO MUCH that has to be conceptually deconstructed before most people can even begin to grasp the possibilities of human existence beyond the nightmare we're currently embedded in.

I've haven't heard a ton of people talking about this, so I wanted to spread it. The state of California has removed 4 outdated hydroelectric dams that were blocking the breeding ground for Chinook salmon. This removal unflooded 2200 acres of land, and in preparation for this removal Native American tribes have been collecting and breeding seeds of native plants.
