Sometimes, I receive questions which leave both me, and the person asking, bamboozled.

There is no CDN. It is just really small and simple, mostly text.

None. It is a tiny website, just a few kilobytes per page, on a tiny server, at my home, connected to the Internet via my ISP, Andrews & Arnold.

> But are you / they in the cloud?

No. The webserver is in Newbury, in my garage.

> Neil, please can you pass my questions to your technical person? I don't think you understand, your website cannot be in your home. It must be in the cloud or have a CDN.

Let’s look at some typical examples.
- single mom (dad died in accident) with two kids, one of whom requires 24/7 care in the home because of an infection as a baby.
- 59 year old guy with a destroyed leg and broken back after being hit by a car as a teen.
- 23 year old male who has to use pictures to communicate because he had a stroke last year
- 40s female with heart failure, who is also caregiver for her 80 year old mother.

The billions and billions of dollars this bill pumps into ICE far exceed any conceivable legitimate need the agency could have, even if you agree with its mission.

This bill takes the same masked, anonymous gunmen who have been kidnapping people off the streets and gives them a budget the size of a military.

This is not about honoring the law. This is not even about immigrants.

This is about creating a police state.

I see no other way to read these numbers.
