Had a short under one corner which cleared up with a touch of an iron. Everything else was great and the circuit worked!
Milled a PCB for testing a power path prioritizer, a 0.5mm pitch QFN20...
CNC'd FR1 PCB with wire ferrules to fix mis-wired connections for relays. The ferrules are a nice way to make stronger mounting pads.
Mmmm, donuts! Solder bridge, D'oh! (Donuts are stale. Had to add more flux and redo hot air...)
Received 5 PCBAs for $200, added some headers and cables, fired up Arduino for quick board bring up, killed a few ICs and tweaked a few Rs and Cs. And then everything works. A good week!
Why unit testing alone is not enough...
