1/ A lot of people have been asking for an explainer on what is going on with Southwest Airlines and the massive meltdown that occurred. Hi, I'm TProphet. @TheDarkHorse if you're gonna increase your reps or sets, you need to drop your weight a little. Try 70% - 75% of your 1 rep max when you do 5 sets or more.

@chromedevice so if you are on a smaller instance , that's fewer users on your instance boosting and following other servers, which means your federated content would be smaller than if you had set up shop on a huge instance.
