Why am I surprised. I had to verify it myself, but Twitter now labels CBC as 69% funded by the government.
TORONTO (AP) — The Canadian Broadcasting Corporation paused its use of Twitter on Monday after the social media platform owned by Elon Musk stamped CBC’s account with a label the public broadcaster says is intended to undermine its credibility.
I was curious because I heard of app changes on #Twitter. So I decided to check it out, and this is what I see. Nothing loads. I waited for 1min+. Also tried restarting the app, doesn't help.
Don't get me wrong, I ain't complaining. Just amazed by its status.
I was looking for a way to follow hashtags on #tusky, it was definitely not obvious to figure out but you can actually set a new tab for the hashtags of your choice.
That's really cool, kudos to Tusky's team!
