Questions:
How do I post when I'm usually too wordy to fit in the maximum characters?
Do I just make a hashtags like I did for this one?
@bitbraindev it did in real life also
@dlc oh thank god
@mralancooper hahaha... Yes!
@weemadhamish it was pretty cool to find myself in a place where all text is so easy to find and use.
@Linza ha! I'll have to follow your profile to see what part of the world you're in and about!
@cogdog it always feels like going home to walk on the Oregon coast!

I read "Braiding Sweetgrass" by Robin Kimmerer a few months ago and "The Serviceberry" recently. I am fascinated by the world she opened up to me and gave me words for. I love that I can think of my heritage in terms of the entire natural world. And I'm seeing examples of the rich "gift economy" everywhere around me.

Here's my little gift for you today... a sight of this little bumblebee as it worked beside me in the garden this morning.

@intrepidhero not the slow loading images I can't see, I presume?
@intrepidhero I can imagine my feelings being an inflammatory/allergic response to something that's toxic or seems toxic to my inner self. Sometimes, like rejection, it's a flare in response to a sort of attack... Like a warning signal that things aren't safe. Then I investigate the warning light (oh look, I switched metaphors) and determine whether I need to respond. Okay, I don't know. Visualizing is hard.
