Apologies to any reader friends who actively look out for and enjoy my posts.
Will you forgive me if I mention that in that time I've had a job change and my appendix out?

This entire series is perfection, and this, the finale, the shining jewel.
Its going to take all of my free will to dive right back in, be it audio, GA, or print.
Almost lost my reading streak on @thestorygraph.com this weekend.
Thankfully my daughter likes to read books while potty training, so I was able to sneak in a couple read throughs of her current favorite picture books.

Timely & poignant. Doesn't shy away from the rippling impact that book bans have on both society and individual students.

Check your trigger warnings for this one.
Gorgeously rendered, deeply reflective, but viscerally upsetting as someone with childhood trauma.
That last part is on me.
In an attempt to ward off the doom scrolling I've unearthed a handful of my favorite puzzle books that have laid buried since before our toddler was born. I've never been great at crosswords, but fill-ins are just tricky enough to get my brain moving, but simple enough I can work on them while listening to an audiobook.
