We are truly living in the future.

I’m so, so happy that my new set of India Street Lettering zines, which I haven’t even announced publicly, are making their debut at a local exhibition of books, zines, games and toys made by independent publishers.

Delhi folks, if this feels like your jam, please visit Pulp Society https://www.instagram.com/p/C9mhT35vVYc/, where the exhibition runs between July 26 and September 15.

You can also buy the things on display, including the last three copies of my first batch of zines https://www.matratype.com/projects/isl-zines ⬇️

Pulp Society on Instagram: "Our summer offering, "Paper and Play," showcases zines, magazines, books, toys, paperworks, and games. Leveraging air conditioning and the art world's summer lull as attractions, we aim to invite a brand-new audience into the gallery, making it a welcoming entry point both conceptually and accessibly. Our goal is to ensure our summer shows are easy, fun, and accessible. In the first iteration of the show in 2022, we featured games by Thukral and Tagra [Net Zero: 2030, and Weeping Farm]. The event was reminiscent of 90s/early 2000s cyber cafes, attracting a diverse audience. Last year, the debut of Paper and Play was a great success, and we are excited to continue being the summer hangout! This year, we are bringing new collaborators on board, including emerging book and zine makers, through an open call and look forward to working with new people. We also have many exciting plans for the opening event, ensuring it will be a memorable experience for all attendees. Preview: Friday, 26 July 2024 | 4 - 8 pm Dive into some great reads and enjoy refreshing drinks and tasty chips on the house! #PulpSociety #ArtGallery #Books #Zines #Games #Paper #PaperAndPlay"
