Shoq 🌿In much same way that conservatives sold exaggerated cancel culture as a simplistic trope to hang grievances on to get attention, the press and greater media did a similar thing overreacting to criticism of reporters to the point of calling it blockworthy abuse. Perhaps it was at times, but incidence were trivial compared to the offenses media has reigned down on us since well before the 2016 election. We have a few @froomkins pushing back on it. But not enough. I sure miss Eric Boehlert.
