Okay well this is a long shot… I’m trying to read (and eventually write) from/to an Infineon F-XC866 4FR 8-bit MCU… and every link from Infineon to Dave bench, Dave, Dave IDE, FLOAT, etc led to a dead end.

Does anyone have this software laying around, or maybe can point me in an alternative direction to reading and writing these things?

My only real experience with MCUs is ESP32’s, and arduino IDE just makes it too easy. Even espressif’s tool chain didn’t seem this bad.

1000 richest people are approched. "The end of the world is here. Time to go to your doomsday bunker", they are told. The billionaires nodded. They knew this was coming. They were prepared.

So they gathered their loved ones and locked themselves in luxury bunkers. No contact to outside world.

10 years later they emerge. The world has healed. The air is breathable, people are happy. "What was the catastrophy?" they ask the first person they meet.

She screams: "THEY GOT OUT!!!"

Let's try this:

Hello. My name is Bear. (Seriously, it's my legal last name.) I'm an #InformationTechnology pro with around 30 years of experience spanning a broad range of categories. My most recent job titles include System Administrator, Desktop Administrator, and IT Administrator. I've worked at MIT, Harvard Business Publishing, IBM, and VMware.

I've been unemployed for over a year in this awful tech job market. Hire me. Seriously. I’m worth it.

DM me for my PDF resume.

@gsuberland Heeeey Graham, have a question for you that I think maybe you're qualified to answer (I love seeing all your EE stuff)...

I broke off a pair of MHF 4 receptacles for wifi antennas. In the datasheet, it mentioned 50 ohm impedance.

Can I just... solder the coax shield & wire to the pads that this connector came from? Do I need to add in a resistor as well?

I understand this isn't *correct*, but I'm wondering if I can get away with it on the cheap(er than buying replacements).

She seems nice

GOP nominee to run North Carolina schools advocated pro-Trump military coup in January 6 video

Michele Morrow, the Republican nominee to run K-12 public education in North Carolina, filmed a video after attending the January 6 riot at the US Capitol urging then-President Donald Trump to put “the Constitution to the side” and use the military to stay in power.

Hey folks,

My wife asked a favor of me since I happen to have quite a few acquaintances through broadly gestures

She's a first grade teacher, in a title 1 school district. I don't know if you have a spouse or loved one who works in public, primary school, but if you do, you're aware that the school district doesn't supply nearly enough to keep a school room running.

Much of the time that which the district supplies, and that which you need to handle the needs of a class of (this year, 29 first graders) is a significant gap.

We're no stranger to opening our own wallets to buy supplies, snacks for the kids, ink for printing, and so on and so forth.

So... that brings me to this, my wife's Amazon wish list.

If you're feeling generous and want to help her out, we would both appreciate it, and I'm 100% sure the students of her classroom will appreciate it as well.

If you can't spare anything, or have teachers in your life you already have to worry about raiding the dollar store, the aldi's aisle of shit, or the dollar bins at target, or you just can't, don't worry about it, thank you for taking the time to read this.

Edit: If you could boost this for reach, I would appreciate it. Again, dont feel obliged to do anything, thank you in advance if you choose to do literally anything, even helping the teachers or school districts near you instead !
