Like a lot of Gen Xers, I had insufficient MMR vaccination as a baby. I did a blood test a few weeks ago and found out I'm not immune to measles. So I got a booster today.
My fellow middle agers: let's make it to old age together. Get tested. Get boosted. 💉
Again, Black people of all genders experience ungendering independent of being trans or not
And this ungendering (thanks chattel slavery) has everything to do with how the gender binary is shaped and understood
Black women can never fully be women in the antiblack world we live in because Black people aren't seen as human and only humans have genders
Where Black peoples gender ends is where nonblack people's gender begins
Not very long ago, the prevailing wisdom was that boycotts don't work. Heck, I even parroted that at people brainlessly.
I was wrong.
I was so wrong.
Boycotts do have an effect.
Keep protesting those Tesla dealerships. Tesla stock is still overvalued, so it can come down further.
