Finally sent a boulder problem I've been working on for at least 3 sessions. In the end it wasn't even particularly physically demanding for the grade but it included a really awkward match and hand switch on one hold I struggled with.
Been trying to improve my mental technique for bouldering and place more emphasis on visualizing my project before bed every day. Further, I'm now also limiting the number of tries on a specific problem in each session to add some incentive to pull hard (and reduce frustration when I'm stuck). Looks like this helps. Here's to hopefully smashing through the plateau soon *cheers*
