My weight loss journey... so far- I officially started my journey 5th 2023 with having the gastric sleeve done. That morning I weighed in at 310 pounds. I struggled walking, I had a terrible self imagine, I couldn't sit at most tables... it really was not a good time in my life. I didn't realize how bad it had gotten at the time. I was really scared but knew it had to be done, I didn't want to die young, I want to see my kids grow up, I want to grow old with my husband... I am so glad I did it now! It was 100% percent worth it! My first goal is gave myself was a big one, get to 200lbs, as I lost I decide to add a goal of losing 100lbs as well... well as of today I am 109lbs down, and 1.02 pounds away from hit that 200lb goal!!!
