Be kind to your network engineer: when reporting connectivity issues, provide:
- what you want to connect to
- where you are connecting from
- what protocol you are using (or at the very least what tool you are using to connect… a browser, curl, some other software)
Missing these bits of information makes it so much harder to understand what you’re talking about! You’d be surprised how many reports don’t include these and amount to “something is not working and I won’t tell you what”.
