Had a lovely day at an event with friends, and got Alva to take a few pictures of my black pirate outfit.
I added a black shirt and black knee-length trousers to my existing pieces, and bought a dark blue drawstring pouch today because I prefer this set without a belt.
My new head scarf got annoying after a while, so I switched back to my trusty old bandana before our photo session.

In case you where wondering about the shark hammock in my previous post: I made it 😁

I tought myself how to make nets from two videos a while ago because I've always enjoyed knotting things from parcel string, e.g. simple plant hangers.
Yesterday, I got my first proper netting needle, with which I can make finer nets than with my DIY shuttle crafted from cardboard and masking tape. Currently, I'm using a metal ruler as a gauge.
