@jsnell just heard your repeated recommendation for Caseta light switches, and can confirm - I installed mine about ten years ago, and I honestly can’t think of a single issue I’ve ever had with them. Rock solid.

Does anyone know if this #monstera has a hope of surviving? I was given the cutting like a year ago. I cut off a pretty sizeable chunk of roots recently that had more black that what is still shown. Is this root rot? Is this salvageable?
