"Squirrel"

I actually own a birding lense although I know nothing about birds. The µ43s system is quite renowned for its light equipment for comparable huge reach. Its a crop sensor and I am quite sad that there are not many modern, small cameras in that format. I mostly bought this lens on a whim because I wanted to have something with reach and not spend thousands of euros on something I don't even know I like. This thing is a plastic fantastic and quite soft, I have problems seeing lens quality in other lenses, but this one is definitely "bad". On the other hand..its insanely cheap for what it does, you need bright sunshine to get anything with it, but then the result is quite okay. I haven't gone to any outings with it in the last few months..but as it happens, nature comes to me, like this and some other squirrels living the next tree over.

The squirrel that visits our window BIRD feeders was just staring out. Like it was sitting on a front porch. I was able to get right next to the window. Usually, it gets nervous about that, but something else had it's interest, and it just stood still, almost.

It moved it's head like it was tracking something. I never found out what. Cat, hawk, snake. The world of the #squirrel is full of terrors, but for a little bit, I wasn't the scariest. ;)
