Goes without saying (but not posting) that His Julesness is going to goof around at A Maze Berlin 2026 from today on. Will be exhausted by the end of the week, but it will have been worth it - just like the invention of the future perfect tense.
According to my vast and comprehensive research, a #KitKat bar weighs ~41.5g these days, which means 413,793 of these would add to to 17.17 metric tons, 16.9 imperial tons, or about 3,816 cats. Recently was looking through older photos and came to realize 1) that's it's been a decade (!) since the @saftladen celebrated its opening and 2) that I had never really published the snapshots I did. Go figure. Enjoy younger & more naive versions of some people you may know.
Funnily enough, I failed to capture any of the #Saftladen interior since all the action happened outside. One exterior shot will have to do.
Saftladen Opening 2015
In which we look back to things that happened a decade ago: in the summer of 2015, the Saftladen Indie Games Collective (saftladen.berlin/) celebrated the opening of its original location. It's a hub for a number of indie studios and individuals and quickly became one of the institutions in the Berlin dev scene. Funnily enough, I forgot to take interior shots then. Oh well. Enjoy having a look at 2015 versions of people you know from studios like Maschinen-Mensch, Paintbucket, Studio Fizbin, other folks as well as guests that joined for the opening.
