(2) planisphere is just a fancy name for a map of the stars. Also found on the Temple of Denderah. Used to track time. That Temple looks a little familiar..

Time is a thread running through the individual sphere themes.

So what’s left for N4? What happens over the flowing waters of time and space, on the earth where we face mortality, life and death? We Evolve.

Is this real? Was this part of the show and I missed it? Was there a late night I missed? Is phishfromtheroad adding to their photos? #phish
On third listen of the #phish dust jam and its levels upon levels of jamming. Complete and total masterpiece.
The final album in my trilogy of life altering modern rock is #ViolentFemmes - “Violent Femmes”. It was the song “Add it Up” that really had me twisting. Its sexual lyrics were incredibly risqué to my young ears. Not an average track in sight. “Blister in the Sun” a highlight at every high school dance, jumping and shouting along with the lyrics, bodies crumpled to the floor in a sweaty heap. Thankful to own this record on wax, original pressing in almost near mint condition. #Vinyl #ModernRock
This might be the most beautiful pressing I’ve ever seen. New release from #SlowDancingSociety - “Do We Become Sky?” Stunning record and I can’t get enough of the cobalt nebula pressing. Picture won’t do it justice. Highly rec listening though. #ambient #electronic #vinyl
Another ‘85-‘86 classic. This record and band mean the world to me. Marking a time and place in life where some worlds hadn’t drifted so far apart. INXS - “Listen Like Thieves” and “Kick” perfect alt/modern rock and roll. Hutchence had all the swagger. A top front man as it gets, ever. #inxs #rockandroll #vinyl
In 1987 I was in 6th grade. It’s also the year I became a life-long Cure fan. The intro of “Killing an Arab” remains as crucial of a musical note that’s ever hit my ears. I was obsessed with “Standing on a Beach”, a singles comp released in ‘86. My vinyl copy is a bit worn, but it’s as important a record to me as there can be. #vinyl #thecure #VinylCollection
It’s just a constant squeeze for another dollar at all times it feels like. Exhausting.
I only have 1,039 records in my Discogs wantlist. #vinyl #discogs
Smack dab mid-Eighties saw the beginnings of OG rappers staking their claim and turnin’ fake MC’s to dust. So many crucial rappers to name check but in 1986 for me it was all about The Beastie Boys - “Licensed to Ill”. Raw, snarky, mind-blowing samples, and one killer track after another. 11 year old me was hyped AF on this one. Which kicked off a several year love affair with hip-hop. #beastieboys #hiphop #vinyl
