@RWvanLeeuwen Where did you file such ticket, specifically. They are very... spare about details and proper info in their site. I send email to they, as they write that «
If you have any questions, reply to this email or contact us at [email protected]». And in their forum, they said also that was the way to ask for a cancellation (then they don't reply even when «Your message has been delivered to the following recipients:

Jolla Shop ([email protected])»). Thanks.

@Setok @theseal Hi, TL;DR: the communication from @jolla comes across as 'hey lets just post something and then the community will figure itself out'...
I've raised a ticket with the Jolla staff but there was not a single reply after two weeks. The above post is the second form of communication from Jolla that Ive seen after preordering. What I did see in the meantime was that another batch of perordering was opened. But then again @jolla did not reply to any type of question from my side so I am presuming they do not want* to respond to questions/tickets and instead are choosing to work themselves to death or whatever :-) [edit: typo]
@theseal @jolla likewise... We'll see - I bet they're a bit busy handling 400% more orders than the budgeted 2000 phones
@jolla tried to contact you via email about refund but haven’t heard back for at-least a week. What’s up with that?
@jolla And there they say that you should send an email to the address I did, [email protected]. asking for it. So, is this a global scam? :). Or you get the money as fast as you can and then when someone clearly asks for an order cancellation is more like «we will refund you whenever we please» situation? Because that doesn't says good things about the company and can't recommend to anyone, even with so few alternatives. If freedom means «take my money and don't give it back», I don't like it.

Question: is this, from @jolla a SCAM?

Because I reserved in first batch. They take the money instantly, received emails. It says «Cancel anytime? Yes». Then I tried to cancel friday.
There is no cancel link in your order on their Shopify.
There is a «Cancellations» link at bottom. IT DOESN'T WORK. I sent an email with delivery confirmation. It has been delivered. But NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Not even an automatic response. Only clue about how to cancel is in a thread in their forum...

Por aquí en general bien, aunque por diversas circunstancias este mes mi rendimiento está siendo «malo». Siendo estas diversas circunstancias sobre todo que el internet va peor de lo normal xD. Pero bueno, en general trabajo igual que en la ofi o mejor, porque pierdo menos tiempo en algunas cosas... y mi equipo personal es mejor que el que tengo en la oficina, que apuff xD.

¿Y de víveres bien? ¿Cómo vas de papel higiénico xD? :þ.
