🚋🎂Happy birthday to the Z class tram; the first one entered service on 5th May 1975.

60% of trams are still without level boarding, and many are without air-conditioning and CCTV. It's time govt pushed ahead with new trams, more platform stops, and a fully accessible system.

Unlike Melbourne, Perth doesn't have all night trains on weekends, but once they start running, they're a lot more frequent than ours. No 40 minute gaps - they're every 15 minutes most of the day, making it easier to get places on time, including when making connections.
