This is what the start of every day looks like. Every single day. Creature of habit? That's one way of looking at it, but the regularity, the routine, the focus... it's more like a comfort blanket or security blanket. Without this, I would not cope -- or would cope even less well than I currently do -- with life. Familiarity, predictability, schedule... they keep (most of... or some of) the madness away.
