    (zij/haar). Rotterdamse krullenbol. Bewust autoloos, graag met haar wandelstokken op paden in binnen- en buitenland te vinden en fan van reizen met de trein. Ik ben licht onhandig en draag mijn litteken met trots.

   (she/her). Curly girl from Rotterdam. Deliberately car-free, can often be found with her trekking poles on trails in and outside the Netherlands and a fan of traveling by train. I am slightly clumsy and wear my scar with pride.

My native language is Dutch, but I do write most of my posts in English. Don’t hesitate to reply in Dutch, English or German, I can read it and will try to write back in your language.

@maartje they finally aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrriiiiiivvvvvvaaaaaaaaaa!
Anyway, if you still need an inflatable sleeping pad, I have a only couple times used Simond MT500 Air L available for lend or take over.

I have once again (for the second time in a year) upgraded my sleeping pad in my trekking gear. Not because there is anything wrong with the previous one, but the way I sleep does not go well with my now old sleeping pad.

Although technology is weird: the new pad is slightly longer (+3 cm), slightly wider (+2 cm), double as thick (from 5 to 9 cm), warmer (from R3.3 to R5.4) but also packing up smaller (volume from 3.4 to 3.1 liter) and lighter (from 670 to 615 grams). How do they do that

@Kilometer780 the south of Arlon towards Athus and Luxembourg is mostly closed during that period. I’ll keep you updated if rare track usage pops up in that period, although that mostly is confined to the weekends.
@Schleifleistenbruch Kannst du vielleicht herausfinden, welches Unternehmen der Eigentümer ist? Auch „Unser Roter Bus“?
@Schleifleistenbruch Danke, weitergeleitet
@Kilometer780 Liège - Namur, Namur - Dinant - Bertrix, Charleroi - Maubeuge and Liège - Esneux - Marloie should be high on your list, all beautiful lines.

Am I a bit weird to travel 120 km by train and trolleybus to buy something in a store I could have bought online with free delivery?

Maybe, but it is also an excuse to travel by trolleybus again

Bus driver to a customer: “yeah, it was raining so I came with the bus” 😂
If you want to celebrate the last days of  Breng, next week might be the perfect week. Because of it being Low car usage week (Autoluwe week), you can buy a off-peak day ticket for € 1! Valid all day in the weekend, on other days after 9:00. More details on https://www.connexxion.nl/nl/shop/e-tickets/autoluwe-dalurendagkaart
