Today, we met the president of #Oacaxa while trying to buy @lindzie a rug. And now there are official press photos of us all together at a Zapaoteca textile maker.
Hopefully @everywhereist writes a blog post about it, because it was a ludicrous Experience. The president was a complete gentleman, though.
GeraldineOkay so I haven't seen White Lotus yet but apparently one character asks if she looks like Monica Vitti, and it's a setup for a joke, and I find this deeply hilarious, because my mom has always looked like Monica Vitti. So much that it was her nickname when she was young and still living in Italy.

Before @ivory, Mastodon felt like a Twitter clone that I wasn’t really “getting”, bouncing between apps and not finding any that fit me.
With Ivory, Mastodon became not only a drop-in replacement for Twitter for me, but an upgrade that’s actually so much better than Twitter that I don’t think about it at all anymore.
I immediately subscribed to the highest Ivory plan. They deserve our support!
