When web scrapers collect data, do they take into account whether the content is coming from an -anonymous- account or not? Does it has the same weight statistically as content created by a real account?
If so, how do you determine whether an account is real or not?
NB: hate speech, per observation, rarely comes from real accounts, given it is illegal in Europe.

Je n'ai jamais été au Louvre, pas le temps, il y avait trop de monde. Mais je pensais aux bases de données, ça ressemble à ça quand les serveurs sont mal protégés, et dedans des données personnelles ultra sensibles de clients. Alors si quelqu'un réussi à regarder dedans, c'est le festival de la "data breach".

What I have retained from the Marks & Spencer, Co-op and Harrods recent hack, is that 4 young adults hacked the DBs of these companies, leaving the data of their customers unsafe.
Free, in France, an internet company, has been hacked not so long ago, also.
So I guess companies retaining data on their customers should do their upmost to protect it?
