Didn't think to introduce myself!

Hi, I'm Asta. I'm 35, voluntarily childfree, late diagnosed ADHD and a general wonderer of the world. I live in Tampere, Finland with my dog(seen in previous post) and partner.

I read a lot, especially fantasy and sci-fi, but last year I got into audiobooks which resulted in the rise of romance, thrillers and mysteries on my reading stats. (Storygraph shows me my stats so I know it's true!)

The rise of audiobooks was largely due to the increase of crafty activities, on which I'm definitely a jack of all trades but master of none, because why settle on one when you can do everything at the same time! Currently my focus is on crochet and sewing, but with this year's promise to finally learn to knit I might just have a new favourite. I'll share some of my current wip's in the pictures, but they're not nearly all that I'm in the middle of. 😅


Most of all my aim is to not take myself too seriously, although I do slip every now and then.

I look forward to seeing all the crafty things this platform has to offer!
