The Boulder Reporting Lab article on BVSD School closures was well done. The only thing I would change is that I would eliminate the discussion of student expense for kids at Mapleton because I bet that kids with IEPs are overrepresented in that school.

My husband is still recovering from his recent trip to the San Francisco VA hospital.
We are making progress but it's slow.
I am sitting with him quietly this evening. Summer is at his feet and I am stitching a peace sign that covers a big space on the back of my denim jacket. I will finish this much larger than I thought it would be project and then go back to finish the last two dish towels for our Mastodon friends.
