I have almost zero inflammation (an achievement at 58), as I don’t consume violent dairy. Yesterday, I cycled, helped in garden and then tramped for almost two hours, so slightly sore knees - kawakawa to the rescue! Ka pai!

My bike chain snapped while I was standing up pedalling. I went over handlebars and spun in the air, before landing on my back and head. My brain has been saved twice in as many years by helmets.
