Sovereign security operations, built in the open.

Field note #36 — F-WF-05 incident management closes its CORE-WIRE wave.

The shared primitives contract (typed NIS2 Art. 23 stage clocks, significance + cross-border policy, regulator-submission shape, F-PT-02 binding, DSPy signature) now renders end-to-end across all three reference compile targets: n8n, Temporal, LangGraph.

Worked examples at SKELETON shape; runtime/replay tests are next.

Field note #36 announces that F-WF-05 incident management has closed its CORE-WIRE composition wave: the CORE-PRIM primitives contract (PR #258) now binds through CORE-WIRE-N8N (PR #259), CORE-WIRE...

Field note #34 — F-CP-01 opens the first evidence stream.

A typed risk-analysis evidence-artifact schema under content, a cross-stream content/evidence/ index naming CP-01..CP-07, and a workflow emitter skeleton (Temporal-wrapped) writing records the schema reads.

The bridge from playbook execution to continuous-posture artefacts the audit lane consumes — now a substrate.

F-WF-03 alert triage ships. The worked example reads end to end across n8n, Temporal, and LangGraph against shared primitives — deterministic prioritisation policy, suppression-window helper, typed payload validators, DSPy confined to free-text fields.

Three CI contracts: same-target replay determinism, suppression-window dedup parity, happy-path byte-parity goldens. Cookbook walkthrough on top. NIS2 Art. 21(2)(b) is the regulatory anchor.

We're supporting a community building sovereign security operations in the open — a free Discord for practitioners and operators working through NIS2 / DORA / CRA on EU-hostable stacks.

What's there to chew on: the framework's portable content layer (CACAO + OSCAL + D3FEND + OCSF + KPI/KRI) and the three reference compile targets — n8n, Temporal, LangGraph.

Come trade playbooks, mappings, and field notes:

The SecOps-NG framework repo is now public.

Portable security operations content for the EU — CACAO playbooks, OSCAL/D3FEND/NIS2/DORA/CRA control maps, OCSF shapes, KPI/KRI catalog. Framework-agnostic, sovereign-by-default, built as a Digital Commons.
