@kissane is correct, as usual, but I hadn't realized that Adam Mosseri, now running Threads, was head of Facebook’s News Feed and Interfaces departments in the runup the the Rohingya massacres. So, yeah, one of the Facebook executives most responsible for a genocide was rewarded for his service with leadership of Instagram and now Threads.
