@maxkennerly I think this is mostly fair. However what you characterize as:
"Do you support / oppose [personal behavior | medical treatment | activity]""
I see in the poll actually phrased as:
"Do you think [a person] should or should not [be allowed to / have access to]..."
which, while not directly asking about legal force, is much closer to a question about policy.
