AD: How to do a million things without burning out.

ME: Don't do a million things!!!

What is more, there was very little agreement between the individual analyses.

Some claimed to have found a negative effect, some to have found no effect, others to have found a positive effect.

This does not seem to be related to the particular analytical choice each team made.

So, have been watching a few baking shows and when English speakers say "mascarpone", it sounds very weird to me.

In Italian, it would be [maskar'poːne] and I would syllabify it as /mas.kar.ˈpo.ne/ (stressed vowels in penultimate open syllables are allophonically long). But when I hear it from English speakers, it sounds as [məskəɹˈpoʊn] syllabified as /mə.skəɹˈ.poʊn/ to my Italian ears.
